Daily in-person energetic group healing sessions. Individualized attention will be given to each group member, both through the group energies and Jess’ hands-on touch.

A “felt” experience of energy moving through your body as you learn and implement the four key self-healing energetic tools. So at the end of the four days, you will walk away with both knowledge and the experience of working within your own body’s electromagnetic field.

A guided nature walk immersion, teaching you about the science of Earthing and how to use your energetic self healing tools while immersed in nature. (Those unable to walk on uneven ground will have the opportunity to do a stationary version of this exercise in the comfort of our home office while the others are out on the trails)

Four hours of an embodied yoga immersion: An inner flow experience, led by Jeni Nagi, a highly gifted yoga instructor from Ebb and Flow yoga studio in downtown, Bath. Dr. Jess will be co-facilitating this experience by interweaving energetic healing into the yoga sequence. No yoga experience needed. All welcome regardless of skill or mobility level.

An introduction into emotions as energy, and their role in root level healing.
